Purpose of data processing

The information collected in the emails on the "contact" page is stored in a computerised file by Tania Boucard in order to provide answers and information relating to users' questions and requests.

Legal basis for processing

The legal basis for data processing is consent (cf. Article 6.1.a) of the European Data Protection Regulation).

Data Category 

Identity: civility, surname, first name, telephone number, email address, registration data on opposition lists.

Recipient of data

Tania Boucard is recipient of the data category.

Duration of data retention

The data will be kept for the duration necessary to manage your questions and requests and will not be transmitted to third parties under any circumstances.

Your rights

You may access the data concerning you, rectify them, request their deletion or exercise your right to limit their processing.

You may withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time. You may also object to their processing.
